Red Oaks
The Red Oaks building will serve as the new headquarters for Coastal Shores Landscape. Located in Red Oaks Plaza along Hwy 170 in Jasper County, this commercial office and warehouse space will offer a total of 6,598 square feet. The office area will feature a welcoming reception area, seven offices, two conference rooms, and a spacious training room. The back portion will provide approximately 3,500 square feet of warehouse space, complemented by an additional 2,350 square foot canopy. The building’s front entrance will showcase large storefront windows, while the exterior will be clad in durable metal siding and roofing.

Shoreline Construction Partners with Dill Dinkers to Bring Hilton Head’s First Dedicated Indoor Pickleball Facility
HILTON HEAD, S.C. — Shoreline Construction is proud to partner with Dill Dinkers, a leader in indoor pickleball clubs, to introduce Hilton Head Island's first dedicated indoor pickleball facility. Expected to open in early winter 2025, this project will transform part of the former Sam’s Club at 95 Mathews Drive into a 20,785-square-foot space where pickleball enthusiasts of all ages and skill levels can play, connect, and grow in a fun and welcoming environment.
The facility will feature eight state-of-the-art indoor Pro-Cushion® courts, a private event space, a ball machine, a fully stocked pro shop, and a seamless reservation system powered by CourtReserve. This thoughtfully designed space will accommodate a range of activities, including clinics, private and semi-private lessons, round robins, open play sessions, leagues, and rentals for private events.

The Hilton Head Dill Dinkers location will be managed by local pickleball pro Graeme Joffe, who has over seven years of experience teaching pickleball and tennis on the island, alongside Barb Hoefer, a certified pickleball instructor with a wealth of local teaching experience.
