Shoreline Construction is excited to help expand Wine Time, a favorite in Old Town Bluffton, to its new location in Washington Square off Buckwalter Parkway. This 2,300 sq. ft. tenant upfit, designed by Pearce Scott Architects, will bring a fresh dining experience to Buckwalter Parkway with features like a wine wall with library ladder, a cozy lounge, bistro dining, a private AV-equipped meeting room, and an inviting statement bar. With quality craftsmanship and a welcoming atmosphere, this new Wine Time Artisan Kitchen location promises to be a hub for refined yet relaxed dining.

Wine Time Artisan Kitchen – Washington Square Expansion
Shoreline Construction is proud to partner on the expansion of Wine Time, a beloved wine store and restaurant in Old Town Bluffton, as it opens a new location in Washington Square off Buckwalter Parkway. Designed by Pearce Scott Architects, this 2,300 sq. ft. tenant upfit will create a vibrant dining destination along Buckwalter Parkway, extending Wine Time’s charm to a new audience.
The new Wine Time Artisan Kitchen and Wine Bar will feature an impressive wine wall complete with a functional library ladder, adding a unique visual appeal to the space. Guests can enjoy a cozy lounge area for casual gatherings as well as a bistro-style dining area that fosters an intimate culinary experience. A private dining and meeting room will be equipped with advanced audio-video technology, making it ideal for exclusive events. Upon entering, visitors will be greeted by a striking statement bar, setting the tone for the sophisticated yet relaxed ambiance throughout.
This thoughtfully designed space combines Shoreline Construction’s commitment to quality craftsmanship with Wine Time’s inviting atmosphere, promising an elevated dining experience for the Buckwalter Parkway community.
